Kartra vs Kajabi for Online Course Creators - Course Creator Community

Kartra vs Kajabi for Online Course Creators

Kartra and Kajabi offer very similar features to each other, which is why they are so often two of the top choices for online course creators. If you are looking for a new course platform to host your online courses, keep reading as we compare Kartra vs Kajabi to see which would be the best option for your business.

Kartra vs Kajabi – Which is the best option for hosting your course?

Kartra and Kajabi offer very similar features, and they are both known for being great to use for hosting your course.

Kartra offers users over 500 customizable pages and section templates, and the pages are all mobile responsive.

On Kajabi, you’ll find that building your webpage is split between the page builder and the theme editor. You can create standalone pages or a funnel, and it’s another very easy-to-use option for course creators. We generally find Kajabi to be a little better than Kartra, but the pricing also reflects this.

Kartra vs Kajabi – Which is the better choice for sales, funnels, and landing pages?

Neither Kartra nor Kajabi are necessarily the best options on the market for landing pages, sales, and funnels, but they are both very similar in this area. Kartra offers you the option to create your own custom funnel, which you can build using a variety of different templates.

The campaigns will have email marketing, automation, tagging, and pages already set up for you, making it a good option for first-time course creators. Kajabi works with your contacts, which could be leads or established clients you already have. You can import your clients from a 3rd party program, and the plan you choose will dictate how many contacts you can have.

Pricing for Kartra vs Kajabi

Kartra offers users four different pricing options – Starter, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Even the Starter plan offers all of the main features you would need, however, you will be limited by the number of leads and products you can have. Kajabi has three pricing plans, but the Basic plan is much more limited than their Growth and Pro plans. The prices are generally a bit higher than Kartra, but this will, of course, depend on the plan you choose.

Kartra vs Kajabi – Customer Support

One thing we really like about Kartra is the Helpdesk. It offers a ticketing system where you will be assisted by multiple different departments.

However, it’s important to note that you are limited with Helpdesks on the Starter plan, so you may need to upgrade if this is something you are particularly concerned about.

Kajabi offers you the opportunity to interact with your customers with a community group, which can help to increase customer satisfaction. However, their customer service features for online course creators are more limited than Kartra.

Kajabi and Kartra are pretty similar in terms of the features they offer, but most online course creators find Kajabi to be a little better to use. While Kajabi is a little pricier than Kartra, it’s all about finding the right package to fit your needs currently so that you have all of the tools you’ll need to get started with hosting and marketing your courses.courseee
